Cancellation
- 72+ hours before: full deposit refund
- 24–72 hours before: 50% of deposit refunded
- Under 24 hours or no-show: deposit non-refundable
- Flight delay/cancel: free reschedule; wait beyond 60 min charged as extra hour
- If I must cancel: full refund

Straight answers before you book.
Is this a tour guide service?
No. I’m a friendly English-speaking local companion / personal assistant for meet & assist, planning, and in-person accompaniment. I’m not offering licensed tour-guide services and I don’t market myself as a 导游.
How is the car priced?
I don’t drive. We use DiDi Premier/Business or a licensed partner driver. You pay the actual fare (typical PVG→downtown sedan ¥250–350; SHA ¥150–220). I share the receipt — no hidden markup on transport.
Pudong (PVG) vs Hongqiao (SHA)?
Both are covered. Hongqiao is closer to many downtown hotels, so Packages A/B are ¥80 less for SHA pickups. Tell me your flight number and hotel area when you book.
Do you cover late-night arrivals?
Yes. Landings between 22:00 and 06:00 have a +¥200 surcharge. I track your flight and wait in Arrivals (60 minutes free after landing).
What’s the group size?
Airport packages A/B: up to 4 guests (sedan usually 3 + bags; MPV up to 6 for transport). City / Disney companion days: up to 6. Extra-person fees are listed on each package.
What is not included?
Car/DiDi fares, attraction tickets, Disney park tickets and Premier Access, meals, and personal shopping. Those are paid by you at cost. Tips are optional and never expected.
What level of English should I expect?
Everyday conversational English — clear, patient, and practical. For complex details I use a translation app so nothing important gets lost. I don’t claim fluency or other languages.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 48 hours is ideal; earlier for weekends, holidays, and Disney days. Same-week requests are welcome when I’m free.
